With years of lived experience, knowledge, training, and passion our team wishes to partner and walk with you on your journey of

moving from surviving to thriving.

Equines: Honest, Sensitive, Fully-present

Horses are prey animals that live in the present moment, without shame or embarrassment for their needs, acting on natural impulses. They have an keen ability to read and respond to situations and social encounters without shame, judgment but lots of grace.

You are the expert of You

Your knowledge, interpretations, and priorities will guide our partnership with you. Each person's ecology (individual, family, community, and societal influences) drive the services.

You are in control.

The Journey of HOPE

Trauma happens in relationships and trauma needs to be healed in relationships.

We need loving, consistent, and nurturing relationships as we develop and grow.

We are all born with the capacity for resilience (we are not born resilient).

We need three things to develop resilience:

1. Secure Attachment ( loving, consistent, and nurturing relationships )

2. Self-esteem ( I am worthy, I matter )

3. Self-efficacy ( I can do this )

We can never take away trauma that has happened.

We can however, partner with you, build resilience,

and show you how to use your trauma as a tool toward complete wellness.
